📋 Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based at our office in Yangon. As a Mid-Level Digital Marketing Staff, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing end-to-end digital marketing strategies. This includes overseeing social media campaigns, analyzing web analytics, and implementing data-driven online marketing initiatives. You will also collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and elevate our brand presence.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

Systematically develop, implement, and optimize comprehensive Marketing Plans and Strategies.

Manage day-to-day social media campaigns and digital marketing initiatives.

Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics.

Conduct field marketing activities or outdoor marketing campaigns when required.

Collaborate effectively with internal teams to maintain brand consistency and drive engagement.

🎓 Qualifications & Requirements

Experience: Proven experience in a professional Digital Marketing role.

Marketing Skills: Hands-on experience with Social Media Management, Email Marketing, SEO, and SEM.

Language Proficiency: Japanese Language proficiency of N4 Level and above (Required).

Technical Skills: Proficient in using computers, the internet, email, and the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Preferred Tools: Proficiency in Canva, CapCut, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop/Illustrator) will be highly prioritized.

Soft Skills: Strong communication skills and the ability to cooperate and work harmoniously within a team environment.

💼 Working Conditions & Benefits

Salary: Negotiable based on experience and qualifications.

Working Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (Subject to change based on business needs).

Off Days: Saturdays, Sundays, and Gazetted Public Holidays (Based on the Office Calendar).

Location: No. 169, MTP Condo, Insein Road, Hlaing Township, Yangon, Myanmar. (Near Thanlan bus stop)
